YVR - Vancouver International Airport

Vancouver International Airport is an international airport in Richmond, British Columbia. It is the primary international airport serving Vancouver, about 12 km from Downtown Vancouver.

Pick Up Instructions:

International Arrivals
  1. After picking up your luggage, proceed to the YVR International Meet and Greet Area.
  2. The YVR International Meet and Greet Area is located beside the wooden art installation titled “Welcome Figures”, which are pictured above.
  3. Look out for your driver, who will be holding a sign with your name on it. Please do not exit the building, and don’t hesitate to call our office if you are having trouble finding him.
Domestic Arrival
  1. Pick up your luggage in the carousel area.
  2. The YVR Domestic Meet and Greet Area located in the same room with the luggage carousel area, so stay put after retrieving your luggage.
  3. Your driver will be waiting just outside the barrier that separates the luggage carousels and the exit area and they will be holding a sign with your name on it. Please do not exit the building
